Refund and Return Policy
COVERAGE
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchasing. We cannot offer a refund nor exchange if 30 days have passed since the purchase of the item.
CONDITIONS
The item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Non-returnable items are perishable goods, gift cards, health, and personal care items. Items that are not in their original condition and packaging, as well as items damaged by other reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
REQUIREMENT
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
PROCESS
If you wish to return your order, kindly send us an email at support@bargzoils.com indicating your order details and reasons for return. Your request will be reviewed and when approved, we will give you the instructions to ship the item. We will replace defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bargzoils.com. Ship the defective, damaged or wrong item with the receipt or proof of purchase to 195 bay 19th street, 402 Brooklyn, New York, US 11214.
REFUND
We will send you an email once we have received your returned item. It will be inspected and if it fits within our returns policy, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original payment method. Generally, the refund is processed within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, kindly check with your bank or with your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be processed and officially posted to your account. If you have done all of these but you still have not received your refund, please feel free to send us an email at support@bargzoils.com.
RESTOCKING FEE
If you returned an item back because you didn't like it, we will give a refund less the 15% restocking fee.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
GIFT ITEMS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will send you the gift certificate once we have received the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased by the buyer and was later given to you as a gift, we will send a refund to the buyer and he or she will find out about your return.
