INGREDIENTS
1. Epsom salts can remove toxins from the body, relieve stress, promote relaxation, soothe inflammation and enhance the body’s absorption of nutrients.
2. Dead sea salt is rich in minerals and can help detoxify your body and reduce inflammation.
3. Baking soda can kill bacteria that cause body odor. It also helps detoxify the body and softens the skin.
4. Eucalyptus essential oil has germicidal and antiseptic properties. It is popularly used on wounds, cuts, burns, bites, stings, and sores. It also relieves pain, fights infections and promotes faster healing. Added to a bath salt blend, the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus essential oil can help rejuvenate stiff and sore muscles.
5. Rosemary essential oil can stimulate blood circulation. This oil is a common remedy for arthritis, muscle pains, and headaches. Rosemary essential oil can facilitate coagulation that helps in healing.

DIRECTIONS
1. Put Epsom salt in the mixing bowl.
2. Add dead sea salt and mix well.
3. Add the baking soda to the salts and mix well.
4. Add all the essential oils - eucalyptus, rosemary, and lavender. Mix well.
5. Transfer the mixture in clean jars.
6. Use between ¼ to ½ cup of this bath salt depending on the size of the bathtub. Add to a warm bath and make sure it is dissolved well to avoid slipping.
7. Relax and feel the relief from congestion, sore muscles, and inflammation.
